Recruitment Specialist

About the role

HanmiGlobal is looking for a proactive Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end hiring across Saudi Arabia and support regional talent needs throughout the MENA region. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, construction, and real‑estate projects while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from vacancy approval to onboarding for technical, engineering, project management, commercial and corporate functions.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, job boards and direct headhunting.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare candidate summaries and conduct reference checks.
• Maintain talent pools, passive candidate relationships and an up‑to‑date candidate database.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and project teams to align staffing priorities and meet recruitment timelines.
• Track progress in the ATS, generate weekly reports on vacancies, time‑to‑fill and recruitment KPIs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent HanmiGlobal at career fairs and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 4‑7 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in large‑scale engineering consultancy or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi labour market and recruitment practices.
• Fluent English; GCC experience is a plus.
