Regional Account Manager – Alcoholic Beverages (GCC)

About the role

DSJ Global is looking for an ambitious Regional Account Manager to lead the growth of its wine, spirits and beer portfolio across the GCC on‑trade market. You will work with hotels, restaurants, clubs and wholesale distributors, building strong relationships and expanding the brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution strategies for wine, spirits and beer across on‑trade channels in the GCC.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key on‑trade partners, ensuring high service standards.
• Identify and secure new accounts, increasing portfolio penetration.
• Represent the portfolio to clients, providing product education and positioning.
• Optimize pricing, promotions and profitability through commercial analysis.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the alcoholic‑beverage trade, preferably within the GCC or similar international markets.
• Strong understanding of on‑trade channel dynamics.
• Commercially driven with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into actionable plans.
• Passion for wine and the ability to communicate its story effectively.
