Regional CFO – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Regional CFO will lead the finance function for multiple entities across the Middle East, reporting directly to senior leadership. This strategic position provides broad exposure to business operations, financial governance, compliance and regional performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, balance‑sheet preparation and tax returns.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closings in line with group standards.
• Manage banking relationships, bank guarantees and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Lead tax compliance, audits and coordination with external advisors.
• Prepare business plans for investments and fixed‑asset management.
• Develop budgets, dashboards and monthly financial reports for business leaders.
• Monitor project profitability, expenses and net margin together with the Finance Controller.
• Support AGM and Board documentation in collaboration with Legal.
• Act as primary liaison with internal and external auditors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; qualified CA preferred.
• 15–20 years of experience in accounting, finance and controlling.
• Proven track record in a multinational environment.
• Extensive experience managing regional finance operations and teams.
