Regional Finance Director – Heavy Equipment (KSA/UAE)

About the role

The company is expanding its heavy‑equipment rental business across the Middle East and seeks a senior finance professional to act as the on‑site finance liaison in Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates. You will support overseas operations, ensure robust financial controls, and partner with the General Manager on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in advancing overseas business operations and act as the finance liaison on‑site in KSA/UAE.
• Conduct in‑depth financial and commercial due diligence for overseas business segments.
• Design and implement internal control systems, policies and key control points for foreign entities.
• Oversee accounting, treasury settlement, budgeting, and tax matters, guaranteeing timely and accurate financial work.
• Support the General Manager in driving annual key initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and disclosures to Group headquarters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with solid finance knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate finance experience.
• Strong English proficiency; fluency in Mandarin or experience in Chinese overseas firms is a plus.
• Previous experience leading finance teams or serving as a finance head.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Saudi Arabia.
