Regional Manager – Eastern Region (KSA)

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and represent the Company across the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and alignment with Ministry directives. This senior position requires close coordination with government authorities, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Company before the Ministry, government authorities, and regional partners.
• Lead, monitor, and report on the execution of projects and initiatives in line with approved plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, capture local needs, and ensure quality execution.
• Support affiliate companies, coordinate program delivery, and resolve operational challenges.
• Oversee content distribution, material logistics, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with authorities, organize interviews, and track staff readiness.
• Facilitate training and development programs, monitor their execution, and support capacity‑building initiatives.
• Monitor performance of specialized service centers and ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in regional management or senior operational leadership.
• Strong ability to liaise with government bodies and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent reporting and analytical skills to communicate performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern Region for site visits.
