Regional Manager – Northern Region

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the operations of fuel stations across the Northern Region, ensuring high service standards, profitability, and compliance with safety regulations. This senior role reports directly to senior management and drives the execution of strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all fuel stations in the Northern Region.
• Maintain and improve service standards and customer experience.
• Monitor financial performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and develop station managers and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.
• Identify and implement efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Manage inventory levels, fuel supply, and supplier coordination.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee operational excellence.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Support new initiatives, projects, and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fuel‑station industry.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites or a regional network.
• Strong leadership, team‑building, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to travel across the region and manage multiple locations efficiently.
