Regional Manager – Southern Region

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead the operations of fuel stations across the Southern region, ensuring high service standards and profitability. This senior role reports directly to senior management and drives operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all fuel stations in the region.
• Monitor performance metrics, sales targets and financial results.
• Lead, coach and develop station managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations and operational standards.
• Identify and implement efficiency and profitability improvements.
• Manage inventory, fuel supply and coordinate with suppliers.
• Resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Support new initiatives, projects and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fuel‑station industry.
• Proven experience in regional or multi‑site management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently.
