Regional Procurement Supervisor

About the role

Cognita is hiring a Regional Procurement Supervisor for King's College Riyadh, joining the team in October 2026. The role manages transactional procurement across the region, covering both Riyadh schools, and acts as a key liaison between schools, vendors and the procurement team. It supports efficient processing of purchase requirements, accurate records, compliance documentation and timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process purchase requirements for schools in the region and maintain the regional procurement tracker.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and liaise with vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, including due diligence and contract administration, and maintain the approved vendor list.
• Coordinate compliance documents and vendor onboarding checklists, conduct annual compliance reviews, and maintain the contracts database.
• Ensure adherence to HSES policies, support internal and external audits, and mitigate operational, financial and reputational risks.
• Work with the Regional Head of Procurement to set and track SLAs (purchase requisition turnaround, onboarding, compliance checks, delivery) using the procurement tracker and ERP systems such as NetSuite, and report SLA performance to management.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and academic departments to align procurement with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills, and excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with compliance documentation and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Required skills

• Previous experience with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a must.
