Regional QSHE Coordinator – Farming

About the role

The Regional QSHE Coordinator will oversee Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Food Safety systems across Almarai's farming operations in the Hail region. You will ensure compliance with world‑class standards and drive continuous improvement using the latest QSHE management techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor QSHE management systems (QMS, FSMS, EMS, OHSMS) across all farming sites.
• Conduct internal audits and lead corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to promote a culture of safety and quality.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on QSHE performance.
• Provide training and guidance on IOSH Working Safely and other safety protocols.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Science or a related field.
• Diploma in Quality Management and ISO management system qualifications.
• Fluent in English (oral, written and reading).
