Regional Quality Coordinator

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator to ensure the highest standards of product quality across its operations in the Hail region. You will be responsible for overseeing quality systems that cover receiving, inspecting, handling, storing, selling, and delivering food products.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve regional quality management systems (QMS).
• Implement quality procedures, conduct training, and perform internal audits.
• Prepare reports, review findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Update SQA forms and documentation, and follow up on corrective measures.
• Analyze processes for continuous improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Poultry Technology or a related scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in poultry quality assurance and QMS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Computer literate and holder of a valid driving licence from the country of origin.
• Strong knowledge of product composition, food hygiene, and proper product handling.
• Ability to work with senior executives and deliver high‑quality results.
