About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Regional Sales Director for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives. The role focuses on expanding the partnership across enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and championing AI‑enabled CRM solutions in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Account Executives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Engage with C‑level executives of customer organizations to build trusted relationships and uncover strategic opportunities.
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue forecasting across key accounts and industry verticals.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives with the broader Salesforce ecosystem to ensure alignment and successful go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B sales leadership within the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage high‑performing sales teams.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding market share in complex enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with senior executives.
