Regional Sales Manager – Eastern Region

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales effort across the Eastern Region, driving revenue growth and expanding market share in Tier‑2 and Tier‑3 cities. You will work closely with channel partners to ensure they meet product and revenue targets while representing the brand in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve regional sales targets, creating actionable plans and guiding channel partners to meet revenue and product goals.
• Identify, develop, and manage channel partners, optimizing customer structures and expanding brand presence in T2 and T3 cities.
• Boost partners' sell‑out capabilities through PSI analysis, product and showroom training, and marketing support.
• Enforce channel pricing policies, resolve conflicts, and maintain a sustainable channel ecosystem.
• Guide partners to maximize brand visibility through in‑store displays and promotional setups.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, delivering regular market analysis to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Proven background in CCTV/Security or IT distribution, with experience in channel reseller or key‑account management.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the Eastern Region, focusing on T2 and T3 cities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Goal‑oriented with strong communication, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills.
