Regional Sales Manager - International Markets

About the role

A leading company providing e-commerce solutions for the oil and gas industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager based in Saudi Arabia. The role drives business development across Europe and Western markets, CIS countries, India, Southeast Asia, Africa and Western Saudi Arabia, focusing on new business, strategic customer relationships and sales of industrial piping products and procurement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and identify EPC contractors, end users, OEMs and industrial clients.
• Promote pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, structural steel, mechanical equipment and engineered packages.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
• Work closely with Procurement, Engineering, Logistics and Finance.
• Conduct regular customer visits and international travel.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence and business development plans.

Required profile

• 10-15 years of industrial B2B sales experience, including at least 7 years in the oil and gas / EPC supply industry.
• Proven international business development experience and an existing network with EPC contractors and industrial clients.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; MBA is an advantage.
