Regional Sales Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

Reporting to the Country Manager of the Red Castle Division, the Regional Sales Manager will drive the growth of Area products in the Saudi Arabian market. The role offers a challenging environment for a sales professional with a strong pedigree, providing the chance to shape market strategy and achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales and marketing plans to grow product profit and market share in Saudi Arabia.
• Prepare accurate project quotations and ensure timely delivery of quotes.
• Produce monthly sales analysis to inform management of results and forecasts.
• Maintain effective relationships with consultants, contractors and end‑users to secure the desired market position.
• Advise management on product requirements for target markets to maximise market share and sustainable growth.
• Manage distributors to ensure client satisfaction and serviceability of critical equipment.

Required profile

• High commercial acumen with a proven sales track record.
• Established network of distributors, consultants and end‑users within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong organisational abilities to meet targets and deadlines.
