Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor will support the Trade Marketing Manager in implementing category and product planograms, in‑store and outdoor branding, POSM, and promotional activities across the region. This role works closely with the Regional Sales team to drive sales growth and profitability for Almarai.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and review merchandising planograms and ensure consistent implementation across the sales region.
• Coordinate in‑store and outdoor branding, POSM deployment, and promotional activities with the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to incorporate merchandising requirements and achieve excellence.
• Plan, organize, and evaluate regional events, school, corporate, and special activities.
• Manage roll‑out with local agencies and ensure marketing alignment.
• Work with sales and merchandising teams on store‑specific projects, creating and agreeing on implementation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotions.
• Previous experience in trade marketing and category management.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and SKU handling.
• Strong numeracy, analytical, influencing and negotiating abilities.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting (office and field).
