Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Regional Trade Marketing Supervisor will support the Trade Marketing Manager in executing category and product planograms, in‑store and outdoor branding, and POSM initiatives across Saudi Arabia. Working closely with the regional sales team, the role aims to boost sales growth and profitability for Almarai’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planogram schedules to ensure continuous updates and optimal presentation of Almarai fridges and rented category spaces.
• Maintain merchandising standards for all Almarai products in retail outlets.
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of campaign POS materials and new product listings across targeted sub‑channels.
• Manage event coordination and sponsorship requests to support product awareness initiatives.
• Handle local supplier coordination, preparing and submitting required documentation to Head Office, CPD, and Finance.
• Support in‑store branding and POSM project execution in collaboration with regional sales and merchandising teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG marketing or sales promotion.
• Proven experience in category management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
