Registered Nurse – Clinical Care

About the role

The organization is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive care for chronic‑disease patients and respond to acute medical needs. The role involves performing nursing assessments, delivering therapeutic services, and ensuring patient safety in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange patient entry to physicians according to serial numbers.
• Conduct nursing assessments, measurements, and reassessments following department policies.
• Compile treatment‑room statistics and submit them to the responsible department.
• Perform therapeutic nursing procedures delegated by physicians and monitor patient conditions.
• Provide wound care, manage injuries, burns, fractures, and dressings.
• Administer prescribed injections and other treatments.
• Assist with patient transfers when needed.
• Cover evening, weekend, and public‑holiday shifts, including on‑call duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and uphold infection‑control standards.
• Inspect and ensure proper functioning of emergency equipment (oxygen cylinders, defibrillators, suction devices, ambulance supplies) daily.
• Report immediate problems to the nursing supervisor and keep the emergency room clean and safe.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Institute or College of Nursing.
• Pass the nursing license examination issued by the Saudi Council of Health Specialties.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, renewed every two years according to Saudi Heart Association guidelines.

Required skills
