Registered Nurse – Clinical Care Provider

About the role

The Registered Nurse delivers high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, care‑plan development, and close collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital‑sign monitoring, and symptom observation.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in partnership with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests, and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure proper documentation of observations and interventions.
• Support junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and supervision.

Required profile

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Proven ability to assess patients and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Experience working in a clinical or hospital environment.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
