Registered Nurse – IVF Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our IVF unit. You will play a pivotal role in preparing patients for fertility treatments, supporting them through procedures, and ensuring high‑quality clinical care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor patients for ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval, and embryo transfer.
• Educate patients and families on IVF processes, medication regimens, and post‑procedure care.
• Administer hormone injections, oral medications, and other fertility treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct regular health assessments, monitor vital signs, and watch for medication side effects.
• Assist in egg retrieval and embryo transfer, maintaining protocol compliance and patient comfort.
• Provide technical support for laboratory tasks, including specimen preparation and sample handling.
• Maintain accurate patient records, document complications, and coordinate appointments.
• Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and lab technicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Follow strict infection‑control and regulatory standards to ensure patient safety.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IVF or reproductive medicine.
• Valid nursing license in the country of practice.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong accuracy, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork orientation.
