About the role

My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and implement nursing interventions in line with established protocols. The role involves close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and promote well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients, families and the healthcare team, respecting cultural preferences and evidence‑based practice.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and prescribed treatments while adhering to safety and dosage protocols.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care and specimen collection using aseptic techniques.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and privacy.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, medication use and self‑care strategies.
• Document vital signs, interventions and patient responses accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education of new nursing staff and attend educational activities.
• Adapt to flexible shift patterns across different clinic areas as needed.

Required profile

• Registered nursing qualification and valid license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work varied shifts and adapt to different clinical areas.
• Strong collaboration skills with physicians, therapists, social workers and case managers.
• Commitment to patient safety, documentation standards and continuous learning.
