About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a clinical environment. The role involves assessing patients, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized care plans in coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection surveillance.
• Assist physicians during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
• Document patient status, report significant changes, and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Conduct purposeful rounding to anticipate patient needs and prevent complications.
• Adhere to infection-control protocols, including hand hygiene, PPE use, and hazardous material handling.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication within the care team.
• Supervise junior staff and nursing students, providing guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification and active licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment with ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to continuous learning and evidence-based practice.
