About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based nursing care to patients in a clinical environment. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs, and symptom monitoring.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects and adverse reactions.
• Provide wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and infection monitoring.
• Assist physicians and other professionals during procedures and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Observe, record, and report changes in patient conditions to the medical team.
• Respond to medical emergencies, perform purposeful rounding, and follow emergency protocols (codes, RRT).
• Adhere to infection‑control standards, participate in surveillance, and maintain cleanliness of patient items and equipment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Provide emotional support, advocate for patient rights, and respect cultural diversity.
• Oversee junior staff and nursing students, offering guidance and mentorship.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse qualification and active nursing license.
