Registered Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia. The role involves delivering direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safety and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments covering physical, emotional and psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients, families and the healthcare team.
• Administer medications, IV therapy and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses, detect adverse reactions and intervene promptly.
• Perform procedures such as wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy care and specimen collection using aseptic technique.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures while maintaining patient comfort and privacy.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, medication use and self‑care strategies.
• Document vital signs, interventions and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Participate in shift flexibility, orientation of new staff and ongoing education activities.
