About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will interact via email, chat, or phone, ensuring each contact results in a positive experience and contributes to overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) through email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes while maintaining a professional tone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain quality standards, handle complaints with empathy, and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product changes and policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, empathy, and patience when dealing with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently from a remote location.
