Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, and phone, resolve issues efficiently, and help maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up for timely resolution.
• Ensure communications meet company quality standards and handle complaints with empathy.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training, and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
• Basic computer literacy, problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
