Remote Customer Service Rep Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. As the first point of contact, you will handle phone, email, and live‑chat inquiries, delivering friendly and efficient support to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer questions via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and policies.
• Assist with account management, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collect and share feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
