About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Remote Customer Service Representative Admin to join our growing remote team. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat while helping customers resolve inquiries and enjoy positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, billing, and company policies.
• Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support needs.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in company systems and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build lasting relationships through courteous communication and contribute to customer retention.
• Utilize CRM and support platforms, keep customer records up‑to‑date, and help maintain internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Professional, dependable, and customer‑focused mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
