About the role
We are seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate details about products, services, billing and company policies.
- Assist with account updates, order tracking, troubleshooting and general support requests.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up to guarantee issue resolution.
- Build positive relationships, support retention and share feedback to improve processes.
- Utilize CRM systems and support tools, keeping documentation up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, dependable and customer‑focused attitude.
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
