About the role

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer‑focused Remote Customer Support Agent to join our team. This entry‑level position assists customers with routine questions, account information, service requests, order inquiries, and general support through approved communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via email and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with routine account, product, service, or order inquiries using approved company resources.
• Enter and update customer information in CRM or ticket‑management systems, maintaining accurate records.
• Escalate complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate team and follow up as needed.
• Create, categorize, and manage support tickets, ensuring clear case notes and timely resolution.
• Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks, updating spreadsheets and internal trackers.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; friendly and professional style.
• Good listening, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and follow established procedures.
