Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional client support, manage collections, oversee account receivables, and act as the Escrow Representative for its global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage collections and overdue payments, negotiate payment plans, and settle accounts.
• Review account receivable reports to identify trends and risks.
• Coordinate escrow transactions, verify payment instructions, and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and meet monthly collection targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
