Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, dependable individual to join our fully remote customer support team. The role is entry‑level and involves assisting customers via email, chat and phone, handling routine account, order and service inquiries while keeping accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in a professional manner through approved channels (email, chat, phone).
• Provide accurate information using approved resources and guide customers through standard processes.
• Enter and update customer data, maintain accurate records, and document interactions.
• Create, categorize and manage support tickets, track status and follow‑up as needed.
• Assist with routine account and order updates, verify information and route specialized issues.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication, friendly and patient attitude.
• Basic computer and typing proficiency with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Familiarity with CRM or ticket‑management systems
• Data entry and record‑keeping
