Remote Customer Support Specialist (Arabic)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Customer Support Specialist who can communicate fluently in Arabic. In this position you will provide professional, timely assistance to Arabic‑speaking customers across email, chat, and phone channels, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Arabic (and English when required) via email, chat, or phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes while maintaining a courteous tone.
• Troubleshoot common issues, identify root causes, and guide customers to solutions.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain quality standards, handle complaints with empathy, and flag recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments, attend training sessions, and stay updated on product and policy changes.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Arabic with good English proficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment and work independently from a remote location.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital communication tools.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
