About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. The role focuses on delivering timely, empathetic assistance to customers across email, chat and phone, ensuring a smooth experience with the company’s products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone in a professional and prompt manner.
- Provide accurate information on products, services and policies, and assist with account updates, orders and troubleshooting.
- Investigate and resolve issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and document interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with customers to confirm resolution and gather feedback.
- Maintain and update FAQs, support resources and internal documentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
