About the role
We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across the organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry, record keeping, and general admin tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Organize digital files, identify and correct data inconsistencies, and perform routine quality checks.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents, and support task coordination.
- Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, communicate updates, and track task progress.
- Maintain standardized documentation formats and help prepare basic reports or summaries.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Basic proficiency with spreadsheet tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and clear written communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
