About the role
We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support our data management and administrative operations. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry, record keeping, and general admin tasks while maintaining high accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
- Verify data accuracy, correct inconsistencies, and keep digital files organized.
- Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents.
- Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, and communicate updates to team members.
- Track task progress, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status reports.
- Perform routine quality checks and support process documentation.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated and reliable in a remote environment.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
