About the role
We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across the organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry, maintain records, and provide general administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems while verifying accuracy.
- Organise digital files, identify and correct data inconsistencies, and ensure records are up‑to‑date.
- Perform routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents.
- Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, and communicate updates to team members.
- Track task progress, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status reports.
- Maintain standardized documentation formats and conduct routine quality checks.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to follow structured processes and clear written instructions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
