About the role

We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across our organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry tasks while providing general administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Verify data accuracy, correct inconsistencies, and keep records up‑to‑date.
  • Organize digital files and datasets, ensuring structured storage.
  • Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents.
  • Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, and communicate updates to team members.
  • Track task progress, follow up on outstanding items, and provide status reports.
  • Maintain standardized formats, perform routine quality checks, and support workflow improvements.

Required profile

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Clear written communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated and reliable for repetitive tasks.

Required skills

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools.
