Remote Data Entry Specialist & Assistant Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Assistant Administrator to support data management and administrative operations across the organization. This fully remote position is ideal for detail‑oriented individuals who can handle data entry tasks while providing general administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Organize digital files, identify and correct data inconsistencies, and keep records up to date.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks, maintain trackers, logs, and reporting documents, and help coordinate tasks for timely completion.
• Review incoming requests, route them appropriately, communicate updates, and track task progress.
• Maintain standardized documentation formats, perform routine quality checks, and support workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to follow structured processes and clear written communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently.
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
