Remote Junior Front-End Developer

About the role

This remote junior front‑end developer position is ideal for a motivated and creative individual who wants to build high‑quality digital experiences for healthcare and medical clients. You will work closely with designers, marketers and senior developers to turn UI/UX concepts into responsive, user‑friendly web solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and interfaces for healthcare clients.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable front‑end code.
• Create landing pages, digital marketing assets and support CMS‑based sites.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers and project managers to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Implement front‑end improvements for SEO, CRO and performance.
• Optimize sites for speed, cross‑browser compatibility and accessibility.
• Maintain WordPress (or similar) sites, updating content, layouts and templates.
• Identify and fix front‑end bugs, conduct testing across browsers and devices.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern front‑end technologies and participate in code reviews.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of front‑end development experience (including internships, freelance or personal projects).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Positive attitude toward learning and professional growth.

Required skills

• HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
• Responsive and mobile‑first development principles.
• Basic knowledge of React or Vue.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
• Version control with Git.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of SEO‑friendly front‑end practices and performance optimisation.
• Preferred: Tailwind CSS.
