Reservation Agent

About the role

As a Reservation Agent at Six Senses, you will be the first point of contact for guests and travel agents, managing all aspects of the booking process while upholding the brand’s wellness and sustainability values. You will ensure accurate reservations, handle special requests, and support the overall guest experience from inquiry to arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Process new reservations, update existing bookings, and manage advance deposits.
• Respond to reservation inbox emails within 24 hours and handle special requests or hard blocks.
• Run daily reports for the Reservations, Sales & Marketing, and operational departments.
• Maintain room inventory, monitor over‑booking situations, and coordinate with the Reservations Manager.
• Assist in determining room rates, creating group codes, and processing group turnover.
• Update the internet reservation system and ensure guest profiles are complete and accurate.
• Track future room availability and communicate discrepancies to guests or agents before arrival.
• Support sustainability initiatives by following environmental directives in daily operations.

• Excellent communication skills with guests, travel agents, and internal teams.
