Reservation Manager

About the role

The Reservation Manager will drive revenue performance for Fairmont RAMLA Riyadh by analysing market trends, monitoring key metrics and supporting dynamic pricing strategies. Working closely with sales, marketing and operations, you will ensure optimal occupancy and guest satisfaction across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends, occupancy rates and competitive positioning to inform pricing strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics such as RevPAR and ADR and adjust rates in response to demand changes.
• Prepare accurate revenue and occupancy forecasts and generate regular performance reports for management.
• Support the implementation of dynamic pricing and promotional campaigns during low‑demand periods.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align on revenue goals and execute promotions.
• Provide training on revenue management practices and utilise revenue management software to optimise strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in revenue management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of reservation managerial experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Previous experience with Hotel Manager System is preferred.
• Computer‑literacy in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities; able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest needs.
