Reservations Manager (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

Accor is looking for a high‑impact Reservations Manager to lead its reservation team in Makkah. This role offers growth opportunities for an ambitious Saudi candidate who wants to work in a prestigious hospitality brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all reservation enquiries promptly and professionally to maximise bookings.
• Train new and existing agents to improve reservation selling skills.
• Resolve guest issues positively, protecting revenue and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain department schedules to guarantee adequate call coverage and high conversion rates.
• Track and report call conversion data daily, weekly and monthly.
• Set and adjust selling strategies across channels as directed.
• Run required reports and support the Director of Revenue Management with system updates.
• Ensure all reservations are confirmed within 24 hours and manage no‑show charges.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and recommend succession plans.
• Monitor incentive programs to maintain integrity and compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Training & Development or Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in hotels, preferably luxury or resort.
• Fluency in English; Saudi nationals only.
• Working knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office.
