Residences Concierge – Luxury Hospitality Role

About the role

The Residences Concierge will embody Six Senses’ vision of reconnecting guests with themselves, others and the world. You will deliver personalized, emotionally‑driven hospitality while upholding the brand’s pillars of sustainability, wellness and unique experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, residents and their guests throughout the ownership journey.
• Build and maintain detailed resident preference profiles to ensure highly personalized service.
• Anticipate and coordinate pre‑arrival arrangements such as transportation, residence preparation, dining reservations, wellness experiences and special requests.
• Manage in‑residence services including housekeeping, engineering, laundry, private dining, childcare, wellness, transportation and lifestyle requests.
• Record all resident interactions, preferences and service histories accurately in approved systems.
• Follow up on service requests to guarantee completion and resident satisfaction.
• Promote Six Senses wellness, culinary and sleep programs, as well as family‑oriented activities, tailoring recommendations to resident interests.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate transfers and ensure seamless guest experiences.
