Resident Engineer – Architectural (Jeddah)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Resident Engineer (Architectural) to oversee large‑scale residential and hospitality projects in Jeddah. The role involves on‑site supervision, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with Saudi building standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities for residential compounds, hotels, and residential towers.
• Coordinate daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and liaise with consultants.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure all works comply with Saudi Arabian building regulations and project specifications.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of construction supervision experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record as a Resident Engineer on large‑scale residential projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
