Resident Engineer / Project Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

GEO Global Engineering Consultants is looking for experienced Resident Engineers / Project Managers to lead site and project management activities across Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. The role involves overseeing construction, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring delivery according to drawings, specifications, contracts, quality, schedule and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Engineer/Consultant’s on‑site representative, maintaining communication with client, contractor and stakeholders.
• Manage construction from mobilisation through completion and hand‑over.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, codes and project requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary supervision teams (civil, architectural, MEP, structural, etc.).
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, workmanship and schedule adherence.
• Review contractor submissions such as method statements, material submittals, shop drawings and inspection requests.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance.
• Identify potential delays, risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate technical issues and resolve site‑related matters promptly.
• Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly progress and technical reports.

Required profile

• Senior‑level site and project management experience.
• Strong technical, managerial, contractual and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on large‑scale construction projects.
