Residential Experience Host – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Residential Experience Host is the primary hospitality ambassador for homeowners and rental guests at the Safeer Al Dar residential community. Reporting to the Residences Manager, you will ensure every stay feels like a “home away from home” by delivering personalized, anticipatory service and coordinating with all operational departments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and guests throughout their stay.
• Welcome, escort, and bid farewell to guests in line with Red Sea Global Hospitality standards.
• Conduct check‑in and check‑out procedures, verify documentation and payment methods.
• Accurately post charges, service requests and billing information in operational systems.
• Support cash handling and payment processing where required.
• Coordinate seamless arrivals and departures, including transportation and luggage.
• Provide lifestyle coordination, concierge assistance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs through observation and relationship building.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage and other departments to maintain luxury service standards.

Required profile

• Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build discreet, professional relationships.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Comfort with handling cash and processing payments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal teams.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
