Resort Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Red Sea Global Hospitality is seeking a Resort Manager to lead all operations at the remote, world‑class Shebara Resort. This hands‑on leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance in a unique, isolated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all resort departments including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Recreation, Guest Services, Maintenance and Security.
• Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and standards aligned with the brand’s luxury vision.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, guest satisfaction and service innovation.
• Champion a guest‑first culture, analyse feedback and introduce proactive measures to enhance service quality.
• Manage the overall budget, focus on rooms division performance, and achieve revenue, occupancy and profitability targets while maintaining Forbes‑recognised luxury standards.
• Inspire, develop and lead a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operations in luxury hospitality or resort environments.
• Strong strategic vision and operational expertise.
• Ability to thrive in remote, isolated settings while maintaining high service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
