Resource Management Specialist

About the role

Adree is looking for a Resource Management Specialist to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management across technical and non‑technical delivery streams. The role acts as a hub connecting HR, Talent Acquisition, Delivery Leads and Executive Leadership to ensure optimal utilization of human capital.

Key responsibilities

• Assign, schedule and allocate technical personnel (Developers, BAs, QAs, Tech Leads) to projects based on skills, availability and priorities.
• Analyze pipeline demands with Project Managers and Business Development teams to forecast future resource needs.
• Monitor individual and team utilization rates, minimize bench time and direct non‑billable staff to upskilling or internal initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to manage hiring, onboarding, transfers and off‑boarding.
• Resolve staffing conflicts, overlapping timelines and skill gaps across project teams.
• Maintain real‑time dashboards on resource availability, roll‑offs, skill inventories and utilization metrics for executive management.
• Track employee skill sets, certifications and career aspirations to align assignments with growth and internal mobility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning or operations management within an IT consulting, software house or digital transformation agency.
