Restaurant Host – Saudi Nationals Only

About the role

The Restaurant Host will be the first point of contact for guests at the hotel’s dining outlet in Al Khobar. This role focuses on delivering courteous, professional, and efficient service while promoting upselling opportunities and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations, and maintain an up‑to‑date reservation book.
• Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager with daily operations.
• Adhere to hotel dress code, grooming standards, and maintain a polished appearance.
• Provide accurate information about menu items, hotel services, and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate the POS system for order entry and payment processing.
• Monitor supplies, reduce waste, and support inventory checks.
• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring the outlet is clean and organized.
• Handle guest enquiries, report complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Concierge, and other F&B outlets.

Required profile

• Saudi national (only Saudis are eligible).
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent personal hygiene and grooming in line with hotel standards.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to attend trainings, staff meetings, and perform secondary duties as assigned.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating a POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
