About the role
The Restaurant Host will welcome guests, manage reservations and support the dining floor at our Al Khobar hotel. This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals and focuses on delivering courteous, professional service that aligns with Kempinski’s standards and values.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, handle enquiries and manage the reservation book.
- Maintain a clean, organized host station and dining area.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
- Monitor supplies, reduce waste and support inventory checks.
- Report guest feedback and complaints promptly to supervisors.
- Coordinate with Guest Services, Concierge and other F&B outlets.
- Print and update restaurant menus as needed.
Required profile
- Punctual attendance and adherence to the hotel’s dress code and grooming standards.
- Professional, courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
Required skills
- Operation of the property’s POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system.
